This relatable, easy-to-digest 6-week program helps teens move from self-doubt to confidence, from being powerless to becoming empowered and having self-ownership.

In the 'Own Your Own Power - Emotional Fitness Program', Teens will learn;

  • How to identify emotions and manage their internal reactions without shutting down
  • How to navigate emotional overload
  • Develop through self-insights
  • Understand inner dialogue - what it is, and where it comes from
  • Beliefs and creating your own identity roadmap
  • Self-respect and how to let go of the verbal noise of other people's opinions
  • How to develop unshakable confidence
  • Decision-making that aligns with who you are
  • The unseen wall that stands behind you on the days when you need someone to have your back
  • How to handle peer pressure with clarity and boundaries

Program Details

Format: 6-week online program,1 module per week, self-paced with guided activities, (with optional extension for ongoing practice see below).

Delivery: Weekly with daily micro-practices, worksheets, reflective journaling prompts, and short daily activities.

Resources: Videos: 1–2 mins, story-driven, relatable for teens. Access pass to the Rise Strong App for daily support, micro-practises and more!

Also available, the Parent Companion Program to assist teens going through this program.
