This program is built for anyone who’s tired of the “bounce back” myth and wants a grounded, real-world approach to resilience and rising from the storms of life. Based on Scott's own journey through addiction, setbacks, and self-reinvention, participants will learn how to persist when things are hard—not through hype, but through daily steps that build courage and confidence.
Participants will learn to:
- Reframe setbacks as opportunities to rewire thinking and grow
- Build emotional endurance through small, daily actions
- Identify and shift limiting beliefs holding them back
- Strengthen their internal compass through mindfulness and reflection
- Develop a personal recovery/resilience toolkit for long-term change
